SCOBY. Organic kombucha starter kit
Ingredients: Kombucha starter culture (water, sugar, black tea, green tea), tea mushroom (water, apple juice, sugar, black tea, green tea)
Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the packet into 3 liters of sweetened cooled (+25 °C) tea. Pour the obtained product into the fermentation tank and ferment for 7-10 days. After fermentation, the drink can be flavored with various juices, bottled and fermented for an additional 2-3 days. After the fermentation process, it is necessary to keep it cold.
