SCOBY. Organic kombucha starter kit

Ingredients: kombucha starter culture* (water, sugar*, black tea*, green tea*), SCOBY tea fungus* (water, apple juice*, sugar*, black tea*, green tea*). *Organic.

Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the pack into 3 litres of sweetened tea, cooled to +25 °C. Transfer to a fermentation vessel and ferment for 7 to 10 days. After fermentation the drink can be flavoured with juices of your choice, bottled and fermented for a further 2 to 3 days. Keep refrigerated once fermentation is complete.
